Poppers? (alkyl nitrites)
What is Xtube policy regarding popper usage in videos hosted at Xtube? When I registered at Xtube I assumed Terms of Use forbade depiction of popper usage, but there are now 1797 videos at Xtube with a "poppers" tag. There were two parts of Terms of Use that I thought covered poppers.
a) Xtube Terms of Use says "C. In connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not: ... submit material depicting or implying ..., use of controlled substances ...".
The DEA (USA Drug Enforcement Administration) website says "Inhalants are not regulated under the Controlled Substances Act (CSA)." so that part of Terms of Use apparently doesn't cover poppers.
b) Xtube Terms of Use also says "Submission DO NOT's ... encourage or otherwise depict glamorized drug use;" Xtube's Poppers article classifies poppers as a drug so I'm wondering what differentiates glamorized drug use from non-glamorized drug use. --EarthFurst 15:00, 25 April 2009 (EDT)
